Zombie Turret Farm Rarity Guide

Rarity System Overview

Every turret in Zombie Turret Farm belongs to one of seven rarity tiers. Rarity determines base stats, income multiplier, special abilities, and roll probability. Higher rarity always means better performance, but dramatically lower drop rates.

Rarity Tiers and Drop Rates

Community-tested approximate drop rates from the gacha roll system:

  • Common (Gray) — ~45% drop rate. Starter tier.
  • Uncommon (Green) — ~28% drop rate. Early upgrade tier.
  • Rare (Blue) — ~15% drop rate. Mid-game staple.
  • Epic (Purple) — ~8% drop rate. Significant power spike.
  • Legendary (Gold) — ~3% drop rate. Long-term wall anchor.
  • Mythic (Pink) — ~0.8% drop rate. Endgame game-changer.
  • Secret (Neon Green) — ~0.2% drop rate. Ultimate flex unit.

How Rarity Affects Income

Income multiplier scales exponentially with rarity. A Common turret generates 1.0x base income per kill. A Legendary Gold Minter generates 2.5x. A Secret Zombie God generates 5.0x. Combining high-rarity income turrets with dense wall setups creates multiplicative earnings that dwarf early-game income.

Rarity Colors in Game

Each rarity has a distinct color border on turret cards in your inventory. Gray for Common, green for Uncommon, blue for Rare, purple for Epic, gold for Legendary, pink for Mythic, and neon green for Secret. Use these colors to quickly assess turret value when rolling.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the highest rarity?
Secret is the highest rarity tier, currently containing only the Zombie God turret.
Do higher rarities cost more to place?
Placed turrets do not have an ongoing cost. Roll cost is the same regardless of what rarity you pull.
Can I upgrade a turret's rarity?
No. Rarity is fixed at roll time. You can merge duplicates for stat boosts, but the rarity tier does not change.
